How soon will my order ship?

• Orders received Monday-Friday will be shipped within one (1) business day.
• Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
• During high volume time periods, shipping may be delayed.

How to start a return?

Contact us at contact@savannahkanes.com. Provide the following in the body of your email:

• Order number
• Reason for return 

Once accepted we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
